Since 2017, we have been providing fully managed holiday home lettings on the Isle of Wight. We handle the marketing, the bookings, guest enquiries, changeovers, laundry and linens, maintenance and everything else, much like you would if you were doing it all yourself.
We manage all types of self-catering holiday home, including houses and cottages, flats, lodges, chalets and private owner static caravans, across the Isle of Wight. Our fully managed lettings service is the same for all types of property.
We can also book discounted car ferry tickets for guests with both Red Funnel and Wightlink.
Our fully managed lettings service is ideal for holiday home owners who do not have the time, skills, knowledge or ability to manage their own holiday home lettings. It is also ideal for those holiday home owners who simply do not want to get involved in the lettings and management.
We have holiday home owners living throughout the UK, including the Isle of Wight. We also have owners living in many other countries.

We advertise all properties on multiple booking channels to maximise visibility of property listings and encourage more bookings. We handle all enquiries, bookings and guest support, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
We send directions and check-in details to all guests. If the guest has a problem during their stay, they contact us and we resolve the problem.
When the guest leaves, the housekeepers clean and prepare the property for the next guests, including all linens and the Welcome Pack.
If the housekeepers find a problem, again, we will resolve it. If something is broken, we fix it. If something is missing, we replace it.
The housekeepers will also carry out all the fire safety checks including testing of alarms.
We handle all routine maintenance, from changing lightbulbs and batteries to garden maintenance and waste removal. We can also handle the bigger, unexpected problems like emergency roofing repairs.
Our warehouse has a huge stock of spares, everything from wine glasses to white goods like washing machines and fridges.
From time to time, we can carry out deep cleaning, including carpets, curtains and upholstery, jet washing, window cleaning and so on.
We collect all booking payments, plus damage deposits. We deduct our fees and the changeover fees, and pay out balances to owners every month, throughout the year.
Our commission rate for fully managed lettings is 15%+VAT. Changeover fees will depend on your property.
There are no set-up fees, no monthly fees, no annual fees. Just the straightforward commission rate on bookings and the changeover fee.
