With our fully managed lettings service, we take care of everything: marketing, enquiries, bookings, payments, keyholding, cleaning, laundry and maintenance.

Our service is the same whether for a house, cottage, flat, lodge or private owner static caravan.

Changeover Cleaning

We have a team of trained, experienced and insured housekeepers to handle all aspects of changeover cleaning. We use commercial cleaning products.

We provide 'Welcome Packs' incuding tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, toilet rolls, tea towel, washing up products and so on.

Linens & Laundry

We provide all linens and towels, including sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, towels, tea towels, bath mats and more.

We have our own commercial laundry, only for our use.

Property Maintenance

We handle all aspects of maintenance on properties that we manage. This includes routine maintenance such as gardens and also emergency repairs.

If you have your own gardeners or handypersons, we can liaise with them as needed.

We have a wide range of spares, from lightbulbs and kitchenware, to radiators and kitchen appliances such as microwaves, washing machines and fridge-freezers.
